제 친구도 젊을땐 낮밤이 바뀌었었는데 나이 들고 회사에서 몸을 많이 쓰는 일을 하니 많이 나아지더라구요.
(Concern) A continuous cycle of changing day and night (over several years)
I don't have any mental or physical concerns, but sleep-related issues are usually categorized under psychiatry.
I have been repeatedly experiencing a cycle of my sleep schedule changing from day to night and then returning back again.
My own way of understanding is simple, as everyone else's is.
The day after staying up all night, I definitely don't sleep during the day.
That's right. Then they return to normal. But after a few days, they stay up all night again, and the next day they work in a dazed state.
The problem is that I've been living like this for several years (honestly, almost 20 years), so I wonder if my body has adapted, and now I don't worry about it much.
The biggest disadvantage is
- If you sleep during the day, you lose your daytime activities.
- I just end up sleeping endlessly all weekend.
There are two things. Sometimes human relationships don't go smoothly. For example, not being able to do daytime activities or meet friends. Of course, there weren't any very important events, but if you go to bed early in the morning and wake up late in the afternoon, that day often just disappears. The day becomes very short for activities.
Has anyone else resolved this issue like me?
A body that has already adapted as much as it can goes back to sleep when sleeping again.
I don't know if it's possible to return to a state where I'm awake and alert.
