Cherry

banana
Vitamin B6 found in bananas not only stimulates brain activity but also activates the sleep hormone melatonin.
Bananas also contain magnesium and potassium, which help relax muscle tension and make the body feel comfortable.

 

Lettuce
The stem part of lettuce contains a compound called lactucine that induces sleep and also has calming and hypnotic effects.
It is good for people who have trouble sleeping to consume it frequently.

 

kiwi
Kiwis contain serotonin, which helps induce sleep. Consuming kiwis before bed improves sleep quality.

 

milk
Drinking warm milk at about 60 degrees Celsius helps promote restful sleep. The ingredient called tryptophan in milk relaxes the nerves.
