Lately, I've been busy on my own and trying to focus, but I haven't been able to, which has led to frequent mistakes at work. This has been going on for at least over two months. I'm not sure if it's because I'm feeling anxious or something else, but I keep telling myself to get it together, yet I only manage to do so for a few weeks before making mistakes again. I hear that people know themselves well, but honestly, I have no idea why I'm acting this way, and I just feel frustrated.
I am wondering if a serious consultation with a mental health specialist is necessary regarding this.
