The probiotics I take are CKD's LivActive Lactobacillus Lactofit Gold and Core.
Take Gold and Core alternately every 2 to 3 months.
You only need to take one packet per day.
Konkukdang's probiotics are taken by so many people that they are almost like the national probiotic... lol

The main difference before and after taking the medication is that the color of bowel movements has changed.
I have a weak stomach and used to have loose, black stools without any warning before taking medication.
