Probiotics on an empty stomach - a good routine for inner beauty...^^

 

I start my day by taking probiotics on an empty stomach in the morning...^^

The probiotics I take are CKD's LivActive Lactobacillus Lactofit Gold and Core.

Take Gold and Core alternately every 2 to 3 months.

You only need to take one packet per day.

Konkukdang's probiotics are taken by so many people that they are almost like the national probiotic... lol

As you all know, the effects and benefits are good for intestinal health!!!

The main difference before and after taking the medication is that the color of bowel movements has changed.

I have a weak stomach and used to have loose, black stools without any warning before taking medication.

After taking the medication, I am observing banana-shaped and colored stool...^^

The smell of the stool has also improved a lot... haha

I highly recommend it...^^
