Added a little A and C, with a yogurt flavor. Sweeter than the Lactofit that is eaten a lot.
I don't like the bad taste, but I think I can enjoy it because of the sweetness.
I thought it was kimchi because it's plant-based, but it's actually fruit and vegetable lactic acid bacteria.
I'm trying different types as if to see how they change the effect.
There is a skin immune probiotic called BioCore, and its ingredients are the simplest. It's expensive, so I don't know if I'll try buying it, but oh well.
