Why buy yogurt from the supermarket when it's so hard to make it yourself... Have you seen the ingredients in store-bought yogurt?? It’s full of unnecessary ingredients like sugar, flavorings, and mixed milk powder, so I started making it at home!!
If you have decided to get healthy,
The ingredients should also be healthy, right?? At Ja**rim, I bought milk (100% raw milk) + yogurt (organic raw milk, organic sugar, and domestic apple juice).
The important thing here is that the yogurt must be a thick fermented milk product!!
Add 30ml of yogurt and 120ml of milk, then mix well and seal tightly to remove air!! Then put it into the yogurt maker, ferment for 8 hours, and refrigerate for 3 hours to complete delicious yogurt!!
Mom-made healthy yogurt, right??
But!!!! Our child who dislikes dairy just doesn't eat it when given to himㅠ
So, the method I thought of is,
1) Mother-in-law's homemade strawberry jam + yogurt

3) Blueberry + Honey + Yogurt
