Importance of core muscle training

 

Acute lumbar sprain is a condition where severe pain occurs due to damage to the muscles or ligaments between the vertebrae when changing posture suddenly or lifting heavy objects.

 

 

The persistent pressure on the lower back begins with the protrusion of a part called the intervertebral disc.

 

Intervertebral disc: It acts as a cushion with a jelly-like substance and fibrous ring, but when it gets damaged, the nucleus pulposus leaks out and compresses the spinal cord.

The pain begins.

 

Poor posture or decreased physical activity can lead to muscle weakness and shortening, increasing the risk of occurrence.

 

Lower back pain can be managed with adequate rest, physical therapy, acupuncture, or injection therapy.

Improvement can be achieved with treatment, but since there is a high possibility of recurrence, it can occur due to conditions like a herniated disc, so caution is necessary.

 

Maintaining good posture and habits regularly is very important!

Plank movement, shrimp back cat pose bridge, push-up, Superman exercise, active pose, bird dog, walking, swimming, book wall, cycling regularly as usual

Having a herniated disc doesn't necessarily mean surgery is required; consistent exercise and proper posture can also help.
