I occasionally experience lower back pain due to a herniated disc.
They say that being careful with posture and managing lifestyle habits are important at the hospital.
The posture shown above, which also appears in cash home training, is said to be good for the lower back.
I maintain the posture above when following Cash Home Training or during morning and evening routines.
Perhaps because I haven't been able to do it often, I haven't seen significant effects yet.
Has anyone maintained this posture consistently and experienced relief from back pain?
