Professor Jeong Seon-geun's review of cervical disc treatment through the Hundred-Year Tree
For the past few months, I've been experiencing frequent headaches and numbness in my arm. I've been trying to treat it with pain medication, but the symptoms haven't improved, and my neck still hurts even when I lie down.
So, I tried treating a herniated disc through Professor Jeong Seon-geun's book called "Baeknyeonmok."
I'm trying to write a review about how my neck disc symptoms have somewhat improved.

While reading this book, I realized that having the correct posture is really important.
And I felt that stretching, consistent exercise, and proper management greatly help in treating a herniated disc.
There are many different stretching methods in the book and exercises that greatly help alleviate disc issues.
I received great help!
Especially, there were many exercises that were very helpful for neck disc issues, such as butterfly movements, hummingbird exercises, eagle exercises, and many others!
And, after looking into books, I found that proper lifestyle habits that greatly help with cervical disc issues are also really important.
They say you need to keep moving your neck frequently and consistently.
In particular, they say you should always keep your neck and back tense.
It is recommended to keep your head up as much as possible when looking at smart devices, and to raise the screen to the highest possible level when using a computer.
Avoid intense neck stretching or exercises; doing certified exercises or stretches is also important.
There are really many diverse contents in this book, so please try reading it once.

Really, when you have a cervical or lumbar disc herniation, life becomes difficult.
I think being healthy is the best.
