허리뼈에는 문제가 없어도 한번 아프기시작한 허리는 참는다고 낫지는 않잖아요. 병원가서 물리치료 받으시거나 한의원가세 침 종 맞아보세요. 의외로 필라테스나 요가로 허리통증 느끼시는분들이 많더라구요. 무리하게 따라하지말고 본인이 할 수 있는만큼만 해야하는데 그게 쉽지않나봐요..

Since doing Pilates a week ago, I've been experiencing lower back pain.
I thought I might have overexerted myself during exercise and that I would feel better after some time, but it keeps getting worse.
In the end, I couldn't hold it anymore, so I put on a patch and lay down.
Even at the orthopedic clinic, they take X-rays and do physical therapy.
Still, I should go to the hospital, right?
