정말 다양한 방법이 있네요^^ 정보 감사합니다.
The older child is currently 16 years old, and the younger child is 14 years old.
My older child was 2 years old and my younger child was 4 months old when my older child's body suddenly developed an allergy. It turned red all over, and it was scary. It was Saturday, and coincidentally, the elevator was broken, so my husband was holding the older child while I was holding the younger one and we remember going down the stairs haha. Since my older child's immune system hadn't developed well and he was constantly catching colds, we used to go to Busan Baek Hospital all the time. So we rushed to Baek Hospital. They told us to get tests done and that he needed to be hospitalized, but there were no rooms available. They told us to wait until a bed in the 10-person room became available. It wasn't even a proper room. It wasn't a children's ward either, as it was mixed with adults... The child was hooked up to a line, tested, and given medication, and gradually his condition improved. But I was the problem. I was breastfeeding the second child and couldn't do anything. On the day of admission, I left the children in my mother-in-law's care, and she came to the hospital with the kids on Sunday afternoon. She had to go to work the next day. There was no room, and I had to take care of both children... but what could I do? They said a room was available on Monday, a 6-person room, but it was in the gastroenterology ward, not even in the pediatric ward. Ugh.
I hardly slept there for two days. I had the older and younger children lying in the same bed. I kept turning their heads this way and that. I was worried that the older one might kick the younger one with his foot, so I couldn't sleep.
I stayed in the hospital for two days and moved to a single room, but my body still doesn't obey me. I have to take care of my older child and also feed the younger one, but I can't move my arms. I've never experienced such pain and suffering before. I asked for my aunt to come, but when I went to the hospital, it was early August and everyone was on vacation, so the doors were closed. I happened to find a place that offers both traditional and Western medicine, where they give acupuncture, injections, and medication. However, it didn't work.
Still, it seems I won't recover quickly, so I came back to the hospital. Auntie endured until the next day when I was discharged. Even after being discharged, she came with me to watch the kids, so I kept going to the hospital. The fastest way to recover is through pain clinics. Many people are hesitant because they hear about steroid use, but I didn't care about that. I have to take care of two kids, and not being able to move my arm is really difficult. I visited several well-known hospitals, getting acupuncture, physical therapy, and injections...
Since I couldn't get injections every day, I went to the hospital once every 2-3 days. After about a month of going, it started to get better. Once it cleared up, I wondered when I had been sick. But even after that, whenever I felt a bit tired, I would get a spasm... The recurring spasms are really maddening. I've tried visiting traditional Korean medicine clinics, pain clinics, orthopedic surgeons, and I haven't left any place unexplored.
But I won't go now. I found my own way.
Massage device and low-frequency therapy device.
You are truly like a savior to me.
It's great for relieving muscle tension.
It seems it took at least five years just to find this method.
I tried various things and found what suits me.
The massager is good, but since it's near the bones, it hurts my bones after massaging. At those times, I use the low-frequency device to relax them. Both muscles and bones.
I think it's working better now because I'm also swimming together.
The swimming arm circle movement helps to move the shoulder blades a lot. Even now, I sometimes get cramps, but thanks to the therapy devices at home, I'm not afraid.
Stretching also helps a lot when you have winged scapula.
