턱통증으로 아드님이 고생했겠네요 치료 잘 받고 괜찮아지면 좋겠네요
My son is currently receiving treatment at the oral and maxillofacial surgery department for jaw pain.
Since I was in school, I occasionally mentioned that my right jaw hurt, but I didn't think much of it. However, this time the jaw pain was so severe that I had difficulty eating, so I visited an oral and maxillofacial surgery dentist instead of a general orthopedic clinic. The doctor examined me and said that I grind my teeth at night, causing the jaw cartilage to try to dislocate. Fortunately, it's not serious enough for surgery, but since this has been a habitual issue rather than something that developed overnight, he recommended making a jaw joint splint and wearing it consistently. The splint took a week to make. I went back after a week of wearing it, and I was told I had improved a lot. Still, I need to wear it for more than two months. Haha, the cost is expensive, so I wonder if I should stop wearing it, but I guess I have to follow what the doctor says! I paid 600,000 won for something that looks like a denture. Oral and maxillofacial surgery clinics are not common; there was only one nearby. But it seems that the treatment methods are definitely different. After the first day of physical therapy, I improved a lot, and after wearing the splint, the pain significantly decreased.
If you have jaw pain, please visit an oral and maxillofacial surgery dentist.
