About a year ago, I happened to come across information about early symptoms of osteoporosis, and I found that the symptoms I was experiencing—lower back and upper back pain, body shrinking and stooping, fatigue even during simple activities—were the same. So I went to the hospital and had a bone density test, which revealed a problem and confirmed that I was in the early stages of osteoporosis. Since then, I have been managing my condition with a sense of urgency by taking supplements beneficial for osteoporosis, eating a lot of foods good for osteoporosis, and exercising. Recently, the early symptoms of osteoporosis I used to feel have significantly improved. First, I looked into supplements that are good for osteoporosis and learned about green-lipped mussels, which are said to be very good for bone health. Research shows that the Maori people of New Zealand have strong joints and almost no bone-related diseases, and this is believed to be because they regularly consume green-lipped mussels. Green-lipped mussels contain ingredients that regenerate cartilage and increase bone density, helping to alleviate joint pain, which makes them very helpful for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. So I also purchased and started taking The Nature New Zealand Green-Lipped Mussels 15,000.

And osteoporosis is naturally greatly affected by calcium deficiency, and also occurs when vitamin D is lacking. While searching for supplements containing calcium and vitamin D, I found the DNM Calcium Magnesium Zinc Vitamin D supplement, which has good sales and reviews, so I purchased it and started taking it together.

And to treat osteoporosis, I felt that supplements alone were not enough and that I was lacking, so I looked for foods that are good for osteoporosis. I found that anchovies, dairy products like cheese and milk, green vegetables like spinach and broccoli, seaweed such as kelp, soy products like tofu, and oily fish like salmon and mackerel are beneficial for osteoporosis. Therefore, I completely changed my diet to focus on treating osteoporosis and maintained this for a year. Additionally, since lack of exercise can accelerate osteoporosis progression, I continued walking 10,000 steps daily. After diligently working on osteoporosis treatment for a year, I have recently experienced significant relief from the early symptoms I used to feel. When I looked into severe cases of osteoporosis, I found them to be truly frightening. Moving forward, I plan to live a healthy middle and old age, making efforts to prevent osteoporosis from developing quickly.

    골밀도 검사하시고 골다공증약 처방받아 드시면서 위의 영양제도 챙겨드신거죠?골다공증은 한번 진행되면 약으로도 수치를 올리기가 쉽지 않기 때문에  약을 꾸준히 잘 복용해주시고 1년뒤에 골밀도 검사로  수치가 얼마나 좋아졌는지 확인해봐야합니다. 느낌상 좋아졌다고 느끼셨다고 임의로 약 끊지마시고 골밀도 검사  꾸준히 하시고 병원도 꾸준히 다니세요. 저희 어머님 4년째 내분비내과 다니시는데 수치가 잘 안 올라온다고 하시네요. 무엇보다 검사로 정확하게 진단받고 약 처방받으시는게 제일 빨리 좋아지는 방법일거 같아요.
