My finger joints are a bit thicker than others.
When I was young, I habitually liked to snap my finger joints, so I wonder if that's why they became thicker.
Fortunately, since getting older, I have corrected it, so now I am not overworking my finger joints.
Maybe because of that, sometimes my joints ache and feel cold.
Usually, it lasts a day or two and then stops, but I wonder if there are any good treatments or preventive exercises for symptoms like mine.
