Then what should we do??

 

Let's strengthen the trapezius muscle.

You can strengthen by repeatedly lifting and lowering a towel with both hands up to your shoulders.

Let's be well aware of the massage locations and enjoy the massage.

Let's try to maintain proper posture regularly.

 

 

 

When my trapezius muscle tightens, I just stretch it blindly and think it will loosen up if I sleep on it.

Actually, that wasn't the case. The correct approach was to maintain proper posture and, if there was any tension, to try the correct massage techniques and muscle relaxation methods.

    저도 그래도 어느 정도는 풀리는 거 같더라고요. 하지만 근본적인 문제까지는 풀어주지는 못했군요. 바른 자세를 유지해야 한다라는 것이 기본인 것 같습니다. 앞으로도 허리 피고 살아야겠어요.
