Since I have knee pain, my quality of life has decreased significantly. For several years, I have experienced knee pain whenever I go up or down stairs, carry heavy objects, or do other activities. However, I don't think it's the right time yet to consider surgery or medical procedures. Still, I want to make some personal efforts to prevent it from worsening, but I don't know what to do or how to do it. Are there any good exercises or walking methods that can help with knee pain?
