[Question] I'm worried about gout... How should I manage it??
I like meat and other types of meat, especially chicken, which I eat 3 to 4 times a week.ㅜ.ㅜ
However, as I got older, I started to see more gout patients around me, and after surgery and experiencing aftereffects, I became worried myself.
I measured the uric acid level, and it has consistently remained slightly above the borderline, in the mid-7s.
But since I was exercising hard and not eating meat, my score dropped to 6, and I let my guard down for a moment, then it went back up to the 7s. I wonder how people with gout manage their condition... Still, I can't completely stop eating meat or chicken, so if you have any advice on how to maintain stable levels while still eating a little, please share!
