잘 사용안한 부위나 안하던 운동을 열씸 하다보면 발바닥이나 종아리에 쥐도 나고 근육이 뭉쳐지기도 하네요. 소도구 필라운동을 일주일에 두번 하고있는데...어느날은 운동하다가도 발바닥에 쥐가 나서 운동하다가 멈춰있기도 하는데 안쓰던 근육이라서 그런듯요. 그래도 꾸준히 하시면 쥐도 사라질듯요
