운동이 오히려 무리를 줄 수도 있더라구요 제 지인도 허리가 조금씩 하프다 어느날부터 심해졌는데 병원가보니 선천적인거라 했네요. 40이 넘었는데 말이죠 걷기 운동도 무리가 될 수 있으니 하지 마라고 했데요 가장 좋은건 병원가서 전문의에게 진료받아서 어디가 안좋은건지 정확히 아는 게 우선인 것 같아요

I woke up and my lower back feels like it's burning.
It's not like I've been sick for a long time, just a few seconds?????
It means that it will be okay again soon.
Even when lying down, it's the same when I get up.
Sometimes I experience that even when standing up.
But even outside, when I sit down and try to stand up
When I am sick and groaning, I tend to get up.
I just stand without sitting down.
Is it because of a mistake in the medication?
