These days, I feel like my knee pain is getting worse. Usually, I think it's okay when I walk in daily life, but I do feel knee pain in certain situations. For example, when going up or down stairs, carrying heavy objects, suddenly changing direction while walking, or standing for a long time. I don't think it's time to consider surgery or anything like that yet. Still, I feel like I should make some effort to improve my quality of life. Are there any medications or exercises that are good for knee pain?
