And stress is also said to be a cause. When experiencing pain due to muscle cramps in the shoulder area, it is very likely to be caused by extreme stress.

Incorrect posture can also cause muscle strain. Sleeping in a slouched position or working for long periods with poor posture increases the likelihood of muscle tension, which can lead to muscle strain.

 

Looking back now, I think that was a time when the kids were too young to do much exercise;; I gained weight from wrestling with the kids at home every day, and I think I was also under a lot of stress..

Now that I've been working for five years, I do experience some work-related stress, but since I've been staying active, my stress has actually decreased compared to before, haha.

Lately, I've been walking 10,000 steps regularly and going hiking occasionally, so I feel much healthier than before^^

Maybe that's why he hardly ever comes.
