일시적인 스트레스로 인한 두통이면 큰 걱정이 없지만 혹시나 점점 심해지시면 병원에 가보심이 좋을것 같네요. 가벼운 경우는 타이레놀 먹으면 도움이 되네요. 저는 스트레스가 심해지면 가끔씩 지끈거리며 눈알도 아프기에 눈도 쉬어주고 눈 주변을 맛사지해주면 도움이 좀 되네요

Lately, I have been experiencing occasional headaches. I have never suffered from headaches before, but since June when the weather got hotter and summer began, I have been experiencing them occasionally. I have taken headache medication sometimes, but I find it difficult to keep taking it just temporarily.
