운동 하시면서 손주물러 주기도 해주세요.. 붓는건 안좋은걸로 알고 있거든요 전 운동후 손주물럭 주물럭 해주면 금방 붓기가 가라 앉는것 같고 손이 찌릿한것도 없어졋어요
