[Shoulder joint pain]

About a year ago, after an MRI scan of the shoulder, I received weekly injections for four weeks, and I have been okay since then.

But a few days ago, my shoulder started aching again with a dull pain.

Walking while shaking my hands hurt, so I bent them into an L shape and walked.

I installed the shoulder joint movement app, and although I don't do it diligently every day, I do it reasonably well...

Do I have to repeatedly receive the so-called pain injections until surgery?
