스쿼트도 허벅지 근육 없으니까 생각보다 많이 힘들더라구요... 무릎이 이미 안좋은 사람한테는 스쿼트도 무리라고 하네요;;;;

However, if you don't have equipment and don't know which app is good, then bodyweight exercises are the way to go. Among them, I think squats are undoubtedly the best for strengthening core muscles.
Everyone knows the method well, but it's standing on tiptoe, lowering the hips to bend up to knee height. Its effects include lower body exercise, stretch, core muscle strengthening, and even hip lifting, so it's definitely the best. Moreover, doing it with just your body without any equipment makes it very convenient.
It's a well-known exercise, but I think it's the best, so I recommend it.
