The back of my heel on the sole hurts when I walk a lot or do elliptical exercises. Of course, it hurts less when I walk less or don't exercise... but if I stop walking altogether, more health problems might develop... I received prescribed medication at the hospital and was told I should wear arch supports. I'm already using the insoles... the pain improves somewhat when I take medication, but I'm unsure if I should keep taking it... or change my exercise routine... I'm really conflicted about what to do.
