제생각에 관절은 조금이라도 덜 아플 때 빠른 치료를 받는 게 맞다고 생각해요 약도 물론 도움은 되지만... 관절이라는게 소모성이라 약이 늙어가는 속도를 못 쫓아가요 ㅠㅠ 통증 완화도 좋지만 꼭 병원에서 정밀 검사를 한 번 받아보시길 바랍니다~

When I was young, I lifted heavy things a lot, so my knee joints got somewhat damaged. I was in pain for 2-3 years, but since then I have been okay until now. However, recently my knees have started to hurt again. I think it's not degenerative arthritis, but rather, as I get older, the joint pain that was bad before has come back. Should I take medication to reduce the knee joint pain? Should I undergo physical therapy?
