I also have back pain, so I bought and read Professor Jeong Seon-geun's book "One Hundred Years of Back" volumes 1 and 2, and I also watched YouTube videos.

I have watched it repeatedly many times, but

Actually, I didn't know what kind of exercise I should do.

I have also done 30 sessions of physical therapy, received chiropractic treatment, correction therapy, and manual therapy, but the most important thing is starting with lifestyle habits.

Changing and making stretching a part of your daily routine regularly

I realized what it means to get better after five months.

That stretching is exactly pelvic correction stretching.

You shouldn't push yourself too hard from the beginning. Just follow the movements you can do and gradually increase them little by little.

If you do it, your joints will gradually settle into place and become corrected.

I started by slightly bending my knees, but now I am doing it with my legs fully extended.

I was experiencing back pain, so I stretched my hand far out, held my waist, and did leg bends.ㅠㅠ

I didn't force myself to do what I couldn't; I did it gradually, little by little.

As I follow and practice every day, I have achieved some degree of pelvic correction.

I'm comfortably following along and now I've upgraded to the point where I can even stand on my knees, haha.

Interestingly, my lower back pain is gradually getting better. Woohoo~~~
