This can be understood as a general weakening, such as when walking long distances previously was easy, but gradually the knees feel heavy and painful.

Excessively bending the knees, such as squatting or sitting cross-legged, places very heavy loads on the knee joint cartilage, which can lead to cartilage damage. Weight control and regular exercise are the best lifestyle habits.

    요증 허리가 자주 아파서 병원을 다니고 있는데
    추운겨울이 아니라서 이상타했는데.
