(Helpful tip) I am protecting my spinal health by walking^^

I was diagnosed with a disc issue five years ago.

After giving birth to my third child, I experienced frequent muscle cramps in my back and waist... even while washing my face... and while seating the child on the toilet...

I really live on muscle pain medication... I also went to a traditional Korean medicine clinic and received acupuncture, but there was no significant improvement.

Received a diagnosis of disc findings~ did Pilates and yoga too.

My symptoms have improved a lot, but... the cost is gradually becoming a burden.

Therefore, exercises that strengthen the lower back muscles are economical.

I have started a walking exercise that is not burdensome~

The result is extremely satisfying!!!!!!

Since I started walking exercise, I haven't experienced any muscle cramps~

My back, which used to break down whenever I had a chance~~~ I'm healthy now^^

Walking is considered the pinnacle of core exercises, so I should walk correctly!!!!

This is the correct walking posture^^

1. (Gaze) Faces 10 to 15 meters ahead.

2. (Breathing) Breathe naturally through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

3. Slightly pulls towards the chest (jaw)

4. (Upper body) Lean forward by 5 degrees.

5. Shake naturally back and forth. Slightly bend the elbows naturally into an L shape or V shape.

6. (Hand) Gently grasp the fist in a shape resembling holding an egg.

7. Stand upright, straighten your shoulders and chest.

8. (Hip) Moves naturally without shaking violently

9. (Leg) Walk on the eleventh, feeling as if your knees are brushing against each other.

I send the kids off in the morning and walk diligently^^

I kept walking even when it rained and when there was a cold snap~

A simple stretching before walking is essential~

Walking exercise can actually harm your health if not done properly.

There is.

It can actually be counterproductive if you don't do it according to your physical abilities.

It can have a negative impact on the spine and joints.

Especially, middle-aged and older adults with osteoporosis or knee joints

If you have a medical condition, walking on inclined surfaces or forcefully walking on hard floors can actually worsen joint diseases and cause pain.

Additionally, for patients suffering from plantar fasciitis, walking exercises that involve stepping on the ground may actually worsen symptoms, so they should consult with a doctor and engage in exercises suitable for their condition.

A proper walking exercise without cost or time constraints is the ultimate tip to solve stubborn back problems^^

    저도 허리디스크 있어서 살 안찌려고 엄청 노력해요....
    몸무게가 나가면 아무래도 훨씬 통증도 심해지고 하니까요...
