Because of wrist pain

After suffering for six months, I am now almost fully recovered.

 

The first time I received treatment at the hospital, it relapsed quickly, so I realized that consistent management is better in the end.

 

Just to share from my experience

1. Do not engage in strenuous exercises or activities that strain the wrist.

Please massage with a massage device every morning and evening (whenever there's free time).

Please minimize hand use even at home.

4. Use a low-frequency device (Nightcare is the most effective)

Please do wrist stretching in the evening.

    저는 손목 통증이나 손가락 통증에는 집에서 물찜질합니다.
    더운물을 통에 담아 
    손을 넣고 15분이상 있으면 손이 굉장히 부드러워집니다.

    손목을 자주 쓰니 아무래도 자주 아파오는게 있어요
    딸아이도 그림을 자주 그려서 펜을 잡고 패드에 할때마다 힘들어 하더라구요 말씀처럼 저렇게 해봐야겠네요
