Since I started consistently consuming seaweed, the frequency of my gout attacks has noticeably decreased. I especially used seaweed soup or seaweed salad to fulfill one meal every day, as they are light and easy to digest.

 

For breakfast, I simply soaked seaweed and made seaweed soup. I used minimal salt and added a little soy sauce to season it. I also ate low-fat yogurt along with fruits like cherries or blueberries, which help lower uric acid levels.

For lunch, I ate brown rice and grilled chicken breast with low purine content, along with various vegetables as a salad. The dressing was made with lemon juice and olive oil. Additionally, I prepared seaweed salad and made sure to eat it at least once during lunch. Eating it with fresh vegetables was satisfying and good for my health.

 

For dinner, I mainly ate grilled fish like salmon, which is safe for gout patients, so I could eat with confidence. I also prepared a side dish of seasoned seaweed sprinkled with a little vinegar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. It was very simple but tasty and beneficial for health.

I ate nuts with low purine content such as walnuts or almonds as snacks. However, I limited my daily intake to about 30 grams. I also ate fruits like cherries or apples as snacks.
