[Concern] Is the pain in the lower left part of my knee possibly patellar tendinitis?
Recently, after climbing a mountain and coming down, I have pain in the lower left part of my knee.
It's okay when I sit still, but the pain worsens when I walk quickly, and it also intensifies when I go up the stairs.
Pressing the area in the photo above causes severe pain. I think hiking was the cause, but I don't know why this is happening.
Has anyone experienced symptoms like mine?
I haven't gone to the hospital yet, but I'm okay as long as I sit still or walk slowly, so I'm just monitoring the pain situation for now.
Could this pain be related to patellar tendinitis?
It seems similar to patellar tendinitis.
Maybe it's because my knee joints weren't in good condition to begin with.
I went hiking for the first time in a while, so I'm not sure if it's because my muscles are being stimulated.
I'm wondering if treatment for patellar tendinitis is easy.
