Lower back disc pain can be relieved by maintaining a lordotic lumbar posture.

The lumbar lordosis posture that relieved severe herniated disc pain! Let's learn how to do it while lying down, sitting, and standing.
Just maintaining good posture for a herniated disc and avoiding bad posture helped me to some extent escape from herniated disc pain.

Good posture for a herniated disc in the lower back

I learned a good posture for a herniated disc and tried it out.
The most comfortable position for a herniated disc is lying down with both hands supporting the chin. You can breathe comfortably while maintaining this position.
This posture, known as lumbar lordosis, is good for the lower back, and it causes the lumbar disc to take on a C-shape.
(That posture can increase intraocular pressure, so I think it's better to do it briefly.)

Rolling up a towel and placing it around your waist while lying down immediately is also a posture that helps reduce lower back disc pain.

Lying down is quite comfortable, but I can't stay lying down all day.

Maintain lumbar lordosis posture even while sitting in a chair

Lower back disc pain can be relieved by maintaining a lordotic lumbar posture.

After pushing your hips all the way to the end of the chair, wrap the rolled towel around your waist.
Maintain your posture so that your lower back forms a C-shaped curve as much as possible.

Sitting for long periods puts a lot of strain on your back, so it is recommended to stand up once every hour, place your hands on your lower back, and tilt your head upward to look at the sky.

There are no specific exercises that are particularly good for a herniated disc.
Walking exercise provides appropriate stimulation to the herniated disc and helps in the recovery of the damaged disc.
You can try if the pain is not severe.

When walking, it is good to feel as if you are pushing your upper body forward so that your lower back forms a C-shaped curve, and to look slightly upward ahead while walking.

When I tried it myself, in the early stages where there is only lower back disc pain without radiating pain, good posture alone can alleviate the lower back disc pain to some extent.

Bending your waist in this situation is the worst posture for a herniated disc, so it is best to avoid it.
Maintaining good posture alone can help alleviate herniated disc pain, but during that time, if you feel somewhat okay and bend your back or lift heavy objects, you may experience more severe pain. Therefore, you should maintain a good posture for your back until you fully recover.
Continuing to repeat poor posture can worsen a herniated disc.
