족저근막염 일수도 있네요 저도 넘 마니 걷다가 발바닥과 발목이 시큰해서 아치형 깔창도 구입했고..발목보호대도 구입해서 사용합니다 뭐니뭐니해도 덜 사용해야하네요...ㅠ

The pain started after overexerting myself during exercise, and it has persisted, causing me concern. I have tried acupuncture and hot packs, but they haven't been very effective. It seems that resting and not walking would help heal faster, but since I cannot avoid walking, the pain continues. These days, there are many protective compression bandages for the ankles and insoles for foot pain relief—do you think they are effective? Or should I consider physical therapy?
