My right side of the neck always hurts when I wake up. I wonder if it's because my pillow is too low, so I raised it a bit and it got a little better, but since it's higher than my usual pillow, I end up removing the pillow while sleeping. I wonder if it's simply a matter of pillow height or if my posture is the problem, and I'm thinking about installing a home camera to monitor it.
How do you all decide on the pillow height?
