Round shoulders can be easily self-diagnosed.

Raise both arms behind your head and grasp the nape of your neck with both hands.

At this time, if both elbows are aligned in a straight line with the shoulders as shown in <Figure 1>, it is normal~

Conversely, as shown in <Figure 2>, if both elbows are positioned forward of the ears, it indicates that round shoulders have progressed.

1. Clasp your hands together and support the back of your head~ Keep both legs apart at hip-width and stand up.

Lie down so that the foam roller is positioned in the center, then slowly tilt your upper body backward while looking up at the ceiling.

3. Be careful to exert force and avoid bending your back too much.

You just need to relax and support your upper body.

1. Extend your hands forward wider than your shoulders and spread both legs apart to hip-width.

2. After inhaling, exhale while lowering your shoulders and chest toward the floor.
