I had a tough time with back pain, even getting acupuncture.ㅠㅠ
But hospital treatment is important, but the doctor also said that alternative therapies like exercise are really important.
So I looked up exercises that are good for back pain.
Then I discovered butterfly stretching!!
You just need to do it three times a day: morning, noon, and evening. After doing it for a month, I felt that the pain was alleviated.
It seems that the effect has doubled because I am doing it alongside hospital treatment.
I hope everyone also does exercise on their own, in addition to hospital treatment.
