It seems to happen automatically.

The body is fixed in the chair, but only the neck is pushed forward, causing a turtle neck.

Repeatedly maintaining this posture caused severe pain from turtle neck syndrome.

Even holding my head up is painful.

I bought a neck support brace~

Since I used it, the pain has been much less.

 

I also developed the habit of unconsciously pushing my neck forward... it felt good.

But since I have something wrapped around my neck, it feels a bit uncomfortable, so I can't keep it on all day haha.

Since I use it frequently, my throat feels a bit uncomfortable.

Because summer can be stuffy and uncomfortable.

I only used it when I felt my throat was a bit sore.

Using assistive devices that promote proper posture is very helpful.

 

How to resolve turtle neck pain

It is most important to maintain a posture that does not push the neck forward.

A neck brace or similar device that can help with that posture

It is better to use a chair with a neck support.

 

Frequent stretching while standing or sitting with your head tilted upward to look at the sky is also good for relieving neck pain.

I perform this action whenever I think of it spontaneously.

    옆에서 봤을 때 턱이 가로로 일직선이 되어야 한다더라구요
