Left shoulder frozen shoulder pain management - stretching

Several years ago, I went to the hospital for right shoulder pain and had a rotator cuff partial tear injection and physical therapy. When there was little improvement, I underwent laparoscopic surgery. Since last year, my left shoulder started hurting again, so I went to the same hospital, and this time I was told it was frozen shoulder. I had similar pain in the same area and a similar range of motion, but the diagnosis was different. I think stretching is the most important for frozen shoulder. Even when it hurt, I endured it and did it steadily once or twice a day within a tolerable range, and these days, the pain has significantly decreased.

    저도 오십견 초기여서 물리치료 받았는데 효과없어서 다른 정형외과가서 신경주사맞고 괜찮아요 그래도 재발할까 싶어 귀 위로 두팔올려 스트레칭 수시로 해주고있어요
