Antipyramin is an anti-inflammatory and analgesic medication manufactured and sold by Yuhan Corporation, containing menthol, camphor (jangtae), and salicylic acid, which is also an anti-inflammatory and analgesic agent.

Salicylic acid is one of the representative ingredients of anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs, and Camphor is an ingredient that provides a clean cooling sensation and a cooling刺激 effect.

The last menthol component exhibits anti-inflammatory effects, alleviates itching, and has the ability to reduce heat in areas where it is applied due to its cooling properties.

Homi, the wife of the only chairman, was running a pediatrics clinic on the second floor of the Yuhan building. At that time, there was no concept of ointments, so even when children suffered bruises or sprains, there was no medicine to apply. Therefore, Homi suggested to the newly established Yuhan Research Institute that they develop a medicine, which became this Anti-Puramin.
