I have symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome.
Using the wrist frequently can worsen wrist pain.
It's usually best to take a break in such situations.
If you cannot take a break, use a wrist brace to perform the task.

If you lift heavy objects, the pain will worsen.

The pain is less.
It means that the time you can use your wrist without pain will increase.
It seems that strengthening exercises are needed for the joints before they hurt.
