Have you experienced heel pain caused by plantar fasciitis?

One day, I suddenly started walking and my heel hurt a lot.

So I thought it was because I was overweight.

But in the morning, when I wake up, it was even more difficult.

My heel was so painful that I had to crawl slowly to move from my bed.

I could hardly walk a few steps before needing to rest.

While thinking about the reason, I asked around and unsurprisingly, everyone mentioned plantar fasciitis.

My acquaintances told me to start by changing my sneakers, so the first thing I did was buy shoes with good cushioning.

Fortunately, the new shoes I changed into fit me well, so since some day, I can walk 10,000 steps or more without my heels hurting. It didn't get better immediately; I think it took a few months.

I went to the orthopedic clinic that way, received some treatments, and took medication. I didn't notice any obvious effects, but after changing my sneakers and walking diligently, the plantar fasciitis has now disappeared. Of course, I also did the exercises recommended by the hospital whenever I had time.

Of course, it wasn't because of being overweight either (I weigh more now than when I had plantar fasciitisㅠ).

I'm still unsure about the exact reason why plantar fasciitis occurs.
