Sole muscle/cramp pain

I don't usually get cramps often, but sometimes, in a slightly sunken area of my foot that isn't a regular cramp, it suddenly sinks in completely, causing severe pain and cramping at the same time.

Those who haven't experienced this pain truly won't understand.

A tingling sensation from my feet to my head, and I really can't do anything until this subsides; I just have to endure the pain.

The muscle relaxants at home are ineffective because they occur too suddenly, and the only tip is to gradually lift each toe starting from the big toe.

I'm curious about why this kind of pain occurs and whether there are any preventive measures or ways to relieve it quickly.
