I have shoulder blade pain (scapular pain) that causes me great discomfort, pain, and soreness in my daily life. Because shoulder blade pain made daily life uncomfortable, my quality of life declined and I was very stressed. I tried stretching, exercise, and massage to help with my shoulder blade, and I also watched back shoulder blade exercises on YouTube, and I regularly went to a Korean medicine clinic, an orthopedic clinic, and a pain medicine clinic.

About 8 or 9 years ago, I spent a lot of time on my phone, so I used it in a hunched position and didn't have good posture. When I worked on my phone, I didn't feel any back pain, and I only felt a stiffness when I worked a lot. But a few years ago, I started feeling stiff on the left side of my back, especially the upper part, and sometimes it felt like muscle pain when I used the computer or phone. The pain or discomfort wasn't significant in my daily life, but the stiffness on the left side of my back felt like a chronic pain. So I went to an orthopedic surgeon and received muscle injections and physical therapy about three times.

Although it didn't get better right away with the treatment, the pain got better over time, so I didn't go to treatment anymore.

And about 7-8 months ago, my fingers suddenly started to feel stiff, then painful and uncomfortable. My fingers wouldn't bend properly, and when I woke up in the morning, they were stiff and uncomfortable, so I went to a Korean medicine clinic and received treatment for about 2 weeks. I thought it could be due to nerve compression or symptoms from turtle neck, so I focused on the fingers.

They put needles in the acupuncture points that are connected, and also in the calf and upper arm areas.

And then the pain in my fingers got worse and my back and shoulder blades got worse, so I went to an orthopedic clinic and a rehabilitation center.

I went to an orthopedic clinic and got an X-ray and was diagnosed with turtle neck, and I am receiving treatment for the symptoms caused by turtle neck.

Treatment methods included muscle injections, physical therapy, manual therapy, postural stretching, shock wave therapy, and radiofrequency therapy.

Shoulder blade pain is said to be a common symptom these days, and it is said that some of the causes are mainly sedentary lifestyle habits, lack of exercise, bad posture, slouching, hunched shoulders, and turtle neck. These causes are said to put a strain on the muscles and ligaments around the back. Pain occurs when the muscles around the shoulder blade are tense or overused, and it often occurs after exercise or work. Shoulder blade pain can affect the shoulder, arm, and fingers, and it is a pain that causes great discomfort in daily life.

Shoulder blade pain is, in my experience, the worst. It's an unspeakable pain, a pain that torments my body without me even knowing it's there, without me even being able to tell.

Shoulder blade pain is a dull, tingling sensation in the back that can be felt even when still, an unpleasant electric shock sensation, a dull, stabbing pain that makes it difficult to touch or press the painful area with your hand!!

If you sleep wrong, you get a lump in your throat and can't move properly, which is very uncomfortable and unpleasant, right?

etc. Shoulder blade pain is exactly that! It's hard to move freely, and even the slightest movement causes a stiff, stabbing pain in my back. If I move incorrectly, I feel like I might twist something, so I have to be careful. That's why my entire body feels uncomfortable.

If you have a sprained ankle or other injured part, you may have to wrap a bandage around it or limp around so that others can see that you are injured and think, "That must be painful."

Back pain is something that the person who experiences it feels a lot, but it doesn't show any symptoms, so even if you say it hurts, people who haven't experienced it don't really sympathize.

I had chronic shoulder blade pain that changed depending on my condition and eventually spread to my fingers, so I started going to a Korean medicine clinic and a pain medicine clinic regularly.

From now on, I will tell you about my experience treating shoulder blade pain.

Treatment at a Korean medicine clinic for about 2 weeks!!

I received acupuncture, moxibustion, and thermal radiofrequency treatment on the acupoints where my neck and hands connect.

I also had acupuncture and cupping therapy on my arm, but I couldn't take a picture of my arm because it was full of needles.

And the Barun Clinic, where orthopedics, rehabilitation medicine, neurosurgery, and pain medicine treatment are all available!!

I will tell you how to treat turtle neck and shoulder blade pain like mine.

C-arm nerve injection

This is a treatment method that injects medication into the area around the nerves or joints that are causing the pain, suppresses nerve excitement, eliminates inflammation around the joints, and improves pain.

Ultrasound joint injection

Ultrasound-guided injection therapy is a safe procedure that uses an ultrasound diagnostic device to diagnose and treat soft tissue diseases such as ligaments and tendons in the musculoskeletal system that cannot be detected through X-ray examination.

Ultrasound is harmless to the human body, so it is safe to use repeatedly.

When giving an ultrasound joint injection in the neck or arm, I have more confidence because I can see with the cutting-edge machine where the nerve passes.

DNA injection therapy

A treatment method that involves injecting a drug into the damaged area to promote cell differentiation and induce tissue regeneration and strengthening.

It is effective for degenerative arthritis, tendon and ligament ruptures.

shock wave therapy

Shock wave therapy is a treatment used in orthopedics, physical therapy, and sports medicine, and is a treatment that helps recovery without surgery or painkillers.

I watched the YouTube channels "Yonsei Shintong TV" and "PAIN LAB"

Watching YouTube Shoulder Blade Pain (Back Shoulder Pain) Learn about the pain you feel and what causes it.

The causes and pain of shoulder blade pain (scapular pain) can vary from person to person.

Please refer to YouTube, but the stretching method may not suit you, so if your pain is not severe, you can follow the back exercise, but if you have severe pain like me, rather than just watching YouTube and following along, I recommend going to a specialized hospital and consulting with a specialist before exercising.

I also have shoulder blade pain (scapula pain) and some of the exercises worked well for me, but some were too hard on my body.

This is me Stretching exercises recommended directly by a pain medicine and manual therapy specialist. This is it.

Among the many stretching exercises, I will introduce you to the stretching method that suited me best.

You can do stretching twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. If you don't have time, doing it once a day will also help.

Lie flat on the foam roller with your shoulder blades and shoulder blades facing upward.

Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart and your knees bent.

Please do this movement twice a day, in the morning and evening.

Drop your shoulders, extend your arms forward, and bring your shoulder blades and shoulder blades back.

Do 2 sets of 15 reps each^^

Recently, I think I often end up going to orthopedic and pain medicine clinics, perhaps because of the increased use of cell phones and computers and incorrect posture.

Stretching and exercise are good for pain, and I think it's good to take care of your body by doing them consistently.

And even if I manage it with exercise and nutritional supplements, if I feel stiffness, pain, and discomfort in my body and joints, I think I need to go to the hospital and get pain nutritional fluids, hospital manual therapy, and pain injections.

In my case, I couldn't solve the shoulder blade pain (scapula pain) with exercise or nutritional supplements, so I went to a specialized hospital and continued to receive treatment, and the shoulder blade pain (scapula pain) discomfort and pain were significantly improved.

My doctor said I've improved a lot, and I've also been able to overcome the pain and feel much better. I no longer go to the hospital, and instead, I'm consistently doing shoulder blade (scapula) stretches. Regular stretching has been really helpful in relieving the pain. .

Let's consult with a specialist doctor, get pain treatment that suits my body, and take care of my body to become a healthy body without pain^^

통증에 의외로 운동이 가장 좋은 치료법이 될 수 있는것 같아요.
    특히 등부위는 운동으로 단련해주면
여러 부위 통증이 같이 해결될 수 있는 것 같더라구요.
