Introducing a massage technique mainly used when experiencing headaches. Frequently perform neck stretches by first clasping both hands together and interlocking the fingers behind the head. Then, slowly tilt the head forward and pull it toward the chest. Next, pull the chin in the opposite direction to stretch the back of the neck, and look up at the ceiling. This time, pull the ear toward the shoulder, keeping the gaze in the opposite direction of the pull, and hold for 30 seconds. Repeating this several times gradually alleviates the headache and makes you feel better.
