    와 특이하게 생긴 폼롤러네요.. 저도 요즘 헬스 마지막엔 폼롤러로 여기저기 풀어주고 있는데.. ㅋㅋ
    효과가 있는지는 잘 모르겠어요... 동영상 보고 따라한다고 하고는 있는데 말이죠~
