[Jangsu-wang] Try stretching for finger pain.

Last year, frozen shoulder occurred almost simultaneously on both sides, and I received help from the hospital.

 

Actually, since the pain itself didn't subside, I wondered if going to the hospital was the right choice.

 

This year, I started experiencing pain in my fingers. After looking into it, I found that I have both arthritis and trigger finger.

 

It was okay most of the time, but I wake up in the early morning because my finger joints hurt too much.

 

In the morning, my fingers wouldn't bend or they hurt too much when I tried to bend them.

 

I was thinking of going to the hospital, but after looking into it a bit, I heard that stretching is good. So I couldn't resist.

 

I decided to go to the hospital when I started to feel sick, and I began doing finger stretches recommended by various YouTube videos.

 

At first, for a few days, there wasn't much progress or improvement, so I thought I was just wasting time.

 

It has been over a week and nearly two weeks, and I definitely felt that the pain when waking up in the morning was gradually getting better.

 

These days, I still do stretching every day whenever I have a little free time.

 

I minimized finger usage as much as possible and, when unavoidable, wrote very slowly to reduce overall usage.

 

And by doing it consistently, I no longer wake up in the morning in pain.

 

These days, if I use it too much, I do feel a bit of pain, but overall, it's much better because I am careful.

    사무직으로 일을해서 그런지 컴퓨터하고는 정말 떼어 놓을수가없어요
    손가락 마디마디 눌러 주라고  엄마가 효과 좋다고 해서 하고 있는데,
    손가락을 사용안 할수는 없으니, 손가락 스트레칭 도움이 많이 되겠네요
    요즘 스트레칭이 많은 부분에 효과도 좋은가보네요
