Since last week, my right neck has been tingling, and it hurts so much when I wake up.
So I tried using a foam roller and stretching, but it only helps while I'm doing it, and the next day I feel pain again.
These days, the weather keeps raining and it's the rainy season, so I'm not sure if it's because of the atmospheric pressure or if it's because my posture is off.
What kind of exercise or massage would be effective in this situation?
I'm also wondering whether it would be better to go to an orthopedic clinic or to visit a traditional Korean medicine clinic for acupuncture if I need to go to the hospital.
Please let me know if there are any other effective treatment options~~
