My ears feel numb.

Once in a while, my ears get cold and I experience numbness.

It's not both sides, only the right ear. But every time I experience a tingling sensation in my ear, I also feel a blockage in the area behind the earlobe where it dips inward.

Could it be a blood circulation problem?

When I went to the hospital, they said it's due to poor posture causing turtle neck, but at another hospital, they said it's not because of the neck, and I feel frustrated because I can't figure out what the real cause is.
